Why does my browser say it can read my browsing history?

That's the permission to see Tab titles and URLs, which stay on your device. More on permissions.

Why don't I see my incognito or private Tabs?

Tab Bard doesn't run in those Windows.

How do I remove it?

Right-click its toolbar icon and choose Remove. That deletes everything it stored.

Which browsers does it work in?

Looks like you're on Chrome.
